About
Harry is a designer with a keen interest in analog and digital interaction design. He holds a BSc in Industrial Design from the TU/e in the Netherlands and an MA in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art in London.
Harry has worked on interactive installations for museums at ATR Creative in Kyoto, Japan for 5 years, and is currently employed at Canon's Design Center in Tokyo, Japan.

Canon Powershot V10
I helped design the product concept, user experience and user interface of the Canon Powershot V10, with which we won the 2024 iF Design Award.

Canon EXPO 2023
I designed the product concept, demonstration scenario, user experience and light and sound interaction of the ‘Home Robot’ presented at the Canon EXPO 2023 in Yokohama Pacifico.

Canon Powershot PICK
I designed the user experience and user interface of the Canon Powershot PICK, with which we won the 2021 Good Design Award, and the 2022 iF Design Award.

Canon Print Business
I was in charge of designing and maintaining the user interface for the ‘Canon PRINT Business’ mobile application.

Design Workshop at Zhejiang University
In 2016 and 2017 I lead a design workshop at the Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Canon EXPO 2015
I was in charge of designing the user experience, user interface and graphical concept for the ‘Contact Wall’ video conferencing concept presented at the Canon EXPO in November of 2015 in Tokyo, Paris and New York.

Data is transferred through wireless networks all around us. Even though we can not see it with our bare eyes, there are ways to intercept this data and make it visible. These low-tech objects have been augmented with the ability to capture these invisible secrets and enable people to spy on each other.
